On Monday, July 13, 2026, we will perform a scheduled upgrade to the Brivo Eagle Eye Video login system to make the platform faster and more stable.
When is this happening?
This maintenance will begin at 10:00 PM CDT (03:00 GMT, July 14) and is expected to take less than 60 minutes. The actual impact is expected to last only a few minutes within that window.
How does this affect you?
Almost everything stays up and running normally. Here is exactly what to expect:
What will work normally:
Active sessions: If you are already logged in before 10:00 PM CDT, you will stay logged in.
Video monitoring: You can view live and recorded video feeds without interruption.
Video management: You can download and archive video files normally.
Recording and security logs: Cameras keep recording and system activity logs continue as usual.
What is temporarily affected:
New logins: Logging into a new session — with a password or through SSO — may briefly fail during the update. If your login fails, wait a few minutes and try again.
Thank you for your patience as we work to improve your experience! If you have any questions before or during the update, our support team is fully available via chat at http://www.een.com or through the "?" help icon in the video web app, by email at support@een.com, or by phone (the appropriate number can be found at http://www.een.com/support).
